Manchester Mail Centre

Post by nlel »

My parcel from Amazon arrived at the Manchester Mail Centre on Sunday 13th November and as of today it has still not left. Should I be worried?

EDIT: Its ok just checked the tracking number on Universal Parcel Tracking and there's been an update on the 14th saying "Item Despatched to Royal Mail site. Your item is due to leave Manchester MC to go to Royal Mail site. More information will be available as it travels through our network"

Amazons own tracking only shows the 13th of November scan when it arrived at the Manchester Mail Centre, the 14th update isn't shown.

BTW: What is a "Royal Mail site"?

Could be a glitch in the tracking system, what's the tracking number?

Had an email from Amazon customer services. "We wanted to let you know that due to a delay in delivery, your Amazon order may arrive one to two business days later than expected."

I'd figured this out already but was nice to receive an email confirming it.
