The Royal Mail Track and Trace Service appeared to go down on Friday 11 November. I've checked it again today, Saturday 12 November and it's still not working.
I'm using this link: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item
Is anyone else having this problem?
It appears to be a RM website/IT problem. However, if anyone else is struggling, parcelsapp.com, is able to pull through RM tracking information, even though RM can't - work that one out!
What do we think is wrong here?

I honestly don't think its just royal mail... my USPS and Parcelforce tracking both are not working (though you can still track in pf after services are down which doesn't make sense)
