Minimum 7% 9% even better , accept change to sick pay
We all know of people using it for extra holidays , no compulsory redundancies or Sunday working, half hour later start times (mwthf) acceptable,there's enough people wanting to work Sunday in our office, some prefer days off during week so don't mind working weekend, how many would prefer later start time start 9 till 5 I don't but some newbie's do particular the younger ones

Totally agree. I dont want to hear of another 'deal of the century' when in reality it will be a deal that allows both parties to walk away and claim a victory, which will be a cop out to the members.

So let's analyse that. After 5 years, if inflation stays at 10% throughout that period, your salary would be worth less than half what is now.

7%, back dated to April as this year's payrise only and then next year is negotiated again from scratch. (No deals spread over 2 years.)
Sick pay can be a compromise, don't know many companies that provde full sick pay these days.
Sundays voluntary only and for new starters that know it's part of the job before they applied in the first place.
I would even accept monthly pay
With regards to later start/finish times have they thought about asking staff at local offices level if any want to change. Their must be staff who's circumstances have changed and would prefer later times rather then enforcing it across the board
