MAIL STUCK AT LANGLEY
I am still waiting for an incoming international letter which has been stuck at langley since the 22 nd October 2022. I have been on the phone several times but cannot get through to an operator. I suspect you have heard all this before, but it is nearly 10 days. Has anyone got any other contact numbers or email. Any useful or constructive advice appreciated.

I have the same issue iv ordered a sofa bed and it was at Langley sorting centre on the 19th of oct. But when I check the tracker it’s showing up in Scotland or something

HM Revenue & Customs are a law enforcement agency and don’t have a customer facing function, any more than the police do.
Are you sure about this? Royal Mail only take parcels up to 5Kg and Parcelforce up to 30Kg, so it is difficult to imagine this coming in the mail unless inflatable or for a dolls house.

On the tracker it stated chinapost sent it and then Royal Mail put it was there and then I rang Royal Mail they said the tracking number received is for someone else lol wtf has gone on

I have something similar- a registered and express posted letter left Dublin 21st October. It shows today that it is in Langley.
Any way of figuring out how long it will be?
It’s my degree certificate and an application for it to be notorized for a job. I’m at risk of this job being pulled because this is taken so long. Panicking!

Could be, and I repeat COULD be a case of the sender using duplicate tracking numbers for some reason, it may be innocent but ChinaPost and some of the sellers based in China are well known for this type of scam a few years ago.
