Stuff going between the mainland UK and Northern Ireland gets x-rayed AFAIK to ensure that there's no items that are deemed too dangerous to go in a plane, any that are deemed too dangerous will be diverted and travel over by boat

We can't tell you what's going on as we are not an official site so it will be guesswork on our part. What is going on ? no tracking updates
However, 2 possible problems. The contents may not be able to travel by aircraft or are banned in the post. It would be beneficial if you described the contents. The other problem is that they are delayed by the strikes but as it entered the system after the strike it should not have been delayed too long as its a special delivery.
I would suggest calling customer services or if you are on Twitter try @RoyalMailhelp they have access to more information than we do,

As long as it is properly wrapped a graphics card shouldn't cause issues.mking007 wrote: ↑28 Oct 2022, 11:52its a computer graphics card, ive called RM 3 times now, 1st and 2nd time was told it would be delivered today.

Re: RMSD parcel hasn't left N.Ireland ???
No. You need to go through the Customer Service centres. There are no direct customer service numbers for any Mail Centre and its unlikely you would be able to speak to anyone that could help. An average MC has literally millions of items passing through it every day and Royal mail simply does not have enough resources to have direct customer contact with them.
Sorry I had to give you bad news.

However, it looks like it is out for delivery today from Bethnal green DO.
Looking at the history there was definitely a delay between NI MC and Romford. The sender will now be able to claim full postage refund and consequential loss if they purchased that as extra insurance.
