London AMU
My Parcel on its way to Israel ( Tracking number LO200607621GB) apparently left London AMU on 18/10/22 but never entered Israel - it is not in the Israeli custom or Postal systems. Despite being assured by telephone that it left England on the 18th is it possible that it is lost in the AMU ? How would I go about finding it since the tracking has apparently stopped since it left Langley HWDC. ?

What's the contents? Possibly something in it has caused an issue with Israeli customs

It hasn't arived in Israel so no chance that Israeli customs would have problems with it. A soft hand knitted toy.

Not sure how you would know it's not in Israeli customs as most customs don't report or record what's in their system, and postal operators only get it after customs release it, this is when tracking normally starts.
Also, Israel are still reporting delays because of covid (no update since Apr 2022)

Israeli Post has updated that Covid-19 health restrictions are still in place and will continue to affect the processing and delivery of items until further notice.
So it may have been blocked as a prohibited item, or so that checks can be made. But as we are not an official site this is a guess only.Toys, games and sports requisites; parts and accessories thereof
