Hi guys had a parcel sent on Monday via special delivery next day, didn’t arrive or update this morning, updated after 8pm lastnight saying despatched to Southampton MC is there a possibility it has been delayed or missed the plane?

It might have done, but there are no delays announced in the daily briefing, viewtopic.php?f=6&t=100690&p=1001865#p1001865
I would contact RM direct perhaps @royalmailhelp on twitter. It should have been delivered yesterday so you can claim all the postage back. Also its RMs premier service so they should be able to find out what went wrong and sort it out as well.
