Item stuck in South Midlands Mail Centre
Item posted on 5th October with Royal Mail First Class Signed For has been scanned at South Midlands MC on 6th October with no further update. Does that mean my item is lost? Item being delivered to MK45 postcode. Is there a number to contact that mail centre?

First class signed for isn't a tracked service, its only scanned after acceptance when delivery is attempted. There are delays so there is a chance it will be delivered later than perhaps it should.
The Mail centres can't be contacted directly, also they have literally millions of items going through them every day. You are best going through the official, but over complicated and slow , call centre routing menu on 0345 774 0740

It was Customer Service that advsied that the item was scanned at South Midlands MC the day after it was posted. Still no delivery :(
