Help with locating my parcel

Hello, I have a parcel which is stuck on the "
Item Received by Royal Mail" (LANGLEY HWDC) status from the 20th of September. It's destination is Israel and usually I have similar orders that are delivered in a week. I understand that the strike is affecting the shipping time, but tomorrow it will be 2 weeks and it feels like it stuck there.
When I try to reach customer support it says that I can't fill out a complaint because I use the international tracked service. Do I need to worry? and can someone confirm he had similar experience, and eventually he got the package? my tracking number is LP463315917GB if it helps... Thank's in advance :nana

What's the contents? Sometimes the contents can cause issues with customs at the other end

It's vape liquid, but I already had similar orders from the same site delivered to me

Having looked at the same information you have, it would appear that the Parcel has been sent back to Poland

We only have the same information as you do on this site. This isnt an official Royal Mail website. You would need to contact Royal Mail to get further information

Having got through before is no guarantee it will get through again especially if it is on the Prohibited or Restricted List.

For Israel the instructions seem quite specific if they haven't been followed then that may be why you have not received it.

Sending Vape Products To Israel

Yes, you can send vape products to Israel. However, there are a few things to keep in mind when doing so. First, all products must be clearly labeled in English and Hebrew. Second, the products must be shipped via a registered courier service. And finally, you will need to obtain an import permit from the Israeli Ministry of Health.
FYI - I don't think Royal Mail is classed as a registered courier service as they don't operate outside their own borders.
