Re: Unsure of tracking details
From the tracking it looks like your item has been rejected because it is too large or heavy for airmail. Because it has no return address on it, it has been sent to national returns centre where they will open it and see if there is a return address inside.

Re: Unsure of tracking details
Thats really weird as the package should not weigh any more than perhaps 2 kilos and size should be no more than a computer cabinet

Re: Unsure of tracking details
If I were you I would be contacting the sender and asking them to sort it. This package will not be going to Norway any time soon.

Re: Unsure of tracking details
Does it fit within these parameters?
"Size
Items packed flat
Minimum size: 140 x 90mm
Maximum size: length, width or height less than 600mm
Length + width + height: less than 900mm
How long is 600mm? Roughly as long as two sheets of (A4) paper laid end to end.
Items rolled up
Minimum size: length + (diameter x2) must be more than 170mm (with the greatest single dimension more than 100mm)
Maximum size: length + (diameter x2) must be less than 1040mm (with the greatest single
dimension being less than 900mm)
Weight
The maximum weight for an individual item is 2kg, unless it is a book or pamphlet."
It may be that with the packaging it's gone oversized. The sender should really have put a return address on the item so it can be returned back to them. I'm thinking they'll probably end up with a sticker on it telling them to take it to a Post Office to get the correct postage on, or stating that RM cannot send it because it's oversized and to try a different service (i.e. ParcelForce)
Either way, it's not your fault or your responsibility so contact the sender and get them to sort it and either issue you a refund or resend :)

Re: Unsure of tracking details
find it really strange that the package and posting information is wrong as the sender is a company, i had faith in them.
but oh well, another month of waiting i guess
