Dear Sirs,
I sent a parcel with registered mail from Portugal to the UK. The item number is RC880229105PT
However, I made an error in the address and left out the name of the city which should have been Rossington (near Doncaster, South Yorkshire). The item was received on 7 March at Lanley. I did however, write down the correct post code which is DN11 0XP
Can you try to locate this parcel and add the correct Town please?
Thank you in advance for your help.

Re: Missing parcel from Portugal
You would be better contacting Royal Mail. This site isn't anything to do with Royal Mail. Other than most of us either worked for them in the past or still work for them.

Re: Missing parcel from Portugal
As Mazza says we can't help as this is an unofficial forum however as long as the first line of the address is right as well as the Post Code it should get there even with the district missing.Joop wrote:Dear Sirs,

Re: Missing parcel from Portugal
Hi, thanks for the info but because this part of the forum says customers I thought I could put a query in here. The number is definitely correct but this happens a lot when you ship internationally.TrueBlueTerrier wrote:As Mazza says we can't help as this is an unofficial forum however as long as the first line of the address is right as well as the Post Code it should get there even with the district missing.Joop wrote:Dear Sirs,

Re: Missing parcel from Portugal
yes, we have a customer section where we point customers in the right direction. Hence why I pointed you towards Royal Mail. As TrueBlueTerrier said, as long as you have the postcode and first line of address, it should still get there.Joop wrote:Hi, thanks for the info but because this part of the forum says customers I thought I could put a query in here.
