Langley returned parcel bound for UAE
Mailed a parcel to UAE last week (cost £26) but its been returned to me/sender by Royal Mail international hub with a blue sticker saying "incomplete address/no PO box". It has a villa number, street name and phone number and I have sent several parcels there in the past. What can I do please?

Re: Langley returned parcel bound for UAE
Until recently, you had to address it to a PO Box. Now the instructions for the UAE are:
So, does the address on your parcel conform to the above?
Source: https://www.royalmail.com/united-arab-emiratesDelivery in the UAE is made to PO boxes and to physical addresses if strict addressing criteria is met. The previous requirement to send to a PO Box only is no longer mandatory.
The criteria is a complete & full address
The address must include the full town or village name as there are many identical street numbers
A telephone number, preferably a mobile number.
A complete address is illustrated below:
Mr John Smith
Villa 20 Street 2
Saheel 1
Arabian Ranches
Dubai
UAE
054 994 1779
Note: there is no VAT low limit, so any declared value requires 5% to be paid and Emirates Post will not attempt delivery without confirmation from the receiver.
So, does the address on your parcel conform to the above?

Thanks, it has villa number & specific street name in Abu Dhabi plus full phone number. I've sent to same address several times over last 2 years. What do I do now?

Re: Langley returned parcel bound for UAE
Oh dear, I just spent 40minutes getting through to their helpline only to be told it would be due to Brexit and to email query to customerservices@your.royalmail.com but this email address just rejects immediately as undeliverable! Does anyone know if its a valid email address? Thanks

That definitely isn't a valid email address because the @ should be immediately in front of the domain.
