Been told today that old CN22 forms won’t work and given a new CN22 which is the same but larger ?
The lady at the post office today said they couldn’t accept parcels with the old CN22 form on ( the small square one) and gave me a newer one to fill in. I’ve never seen them but they are basically the same but larger and you have to put your name and address on them. I’ve sent numerous things to USA ,Europe and Canada this week but nothing has been said until now so I hope my parcels will get there as I’ve used the smaller CN22s

If it's just a bit of a size difference then it should be ok.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
