Hi everyone, first time posting here.
I had an item posted from US to UK, via Netherlands (for whatever reason) on 2nd Feb, and depending on which tracking site I use I'm getting different locations,
Postnl.post says it arrived in England on 18/2 at 12:18
Royal mail tracking says it hasn't arrived in country yet.
The cost of the item, including shipping, is about £13, so unlikely to have an import charge, so I have no ideas what has happened to it, as 3 weeks ago I had something come from the same seller and it was delivered to me within 10 days.
Tracking number is LT691761629NL for UK/Netherlands, or RRD010886600365362 for US sites.
Any sort of help I can get is appreciated

Re: Tracking query/post location
If Post NL have given it to UK customs, but UK customs haven't given it to Royal Mail, then the above will be true.
Customs pick item of mail at random for extra checks, so you can't expect customs clearance times to be consistent.
