International Tracked A4 envelope stuck at Langley
I have recently joined this group as I am seeking advice or help as I have had a International Tracked A4 envelope stuck at Langley since the 3rd of Feb 2020. Is being sent to Canada and I have had things go without a problem. The tracking says it has been received. How can I get it back or do it just wait............ HELP!

Langley and Customs are, despite official denials, still seem to be struggling especially going to North America. It may be a knock-on effect from all the problems USPS is suffering at the moment.
Its a case of waiting, though you may be able to claim postage back after 18 days.
To see the horrors that are happening in the USA/Canada check out a few threads in this section. Some USA stuff was taking 2 to 3 months in December, it is geting better but it's not yet there.
