Bermondsey parcel missing?

I sent a parcel from birmingham to se15 bermondsey on 2nd February and still no update. Called royal mail and didn't give mr any information on delays etc kn this area? Can anybody fill in any gaps on any disruptions?

Tracking is BN147141131GB if any use :)

You did not say if it was 1st Class or 2nd Class.

It will be waiting until the 1st class has cleared and then the 2nd goes when all the 2nd class backlog has cleared too.

Thanks for your reply. Are you aware of any information around this area or a certain backlog as you have gave me more information than anybody on the phone. :) appreciate your reply of course

viewtopic.php?f=72&t=98468&start=45 is a thread which shows areas that are being hit by Covid absences but the list isn't complete as they tend to only post offices on there that have significant delays.

However SE15 is I think a London Post Code and London does appear to have delays in some parts so it could be caught up in that. Also has its a signed for item, that's not a tracked service so it won't update until delivery is at least attempted.

Thanks this is what I understood as the list only shows post offices not so much actual backlogs of mail centres and so on. My guess is its stuck in a warehouse bagged up in a pile.
