Hi , elderly neighbour recieved red card , she couldn't get to office to collect , I went for her with proper ID etc, staff couldn't find it even though it was apparently still there , what are her next steps ?

have you checked the tracking number with the dom to see if its been scanned anywhere else?

No but guy behind counter said last " scan" was callers office accepted? If that makes sense

Hi, not sure if I’ve understood you correctly but recently a friend of mine went to collect a parcel having had a red card and was at point of collection, was told they couldn’t find it and it wasn’t there. He suggested they looked under the letter of the Christian name on the address rather than the surname and low and behold it was found. It had just been put in the wrong place. Just a thought.... Had friend not asked, he would have left thinking it was lost. Accidents happen :)

Bloke done all.that , surname , address etc .Does she claim via royal mail or company who sent it ,
