Parcel sent to SOuth Africa instead of South Korea

Post by Madcatlady »

Hi there. I sent two parcels on 11th November to family in South Korea. Both track and trace signed, to the same address. One made it, the other went to South Africa where, according to the parcelsapp.com, it still is. The parcel was correctly addressed. Is is likely to get sent on to it’s destination, or returned to the UK? It contains Christmas presents and is not a huge parcel. Thanks

it should be forwarded on to the correct country, but it may not be trackable, sometimes the tracking system fails when an item is routed incorectly.
