New to Chat Problem with Packages
12-19-20 Hi, this is the first time I post here. My name is Nina and I am not sure which board I should use to solve an issue I am having. I sent packages to family in the UK from the US. US tracking shows that the packages left Miami for the UK on 12-14-20. All were mailed on the same day and time. Three were delivered 12-18-20. Two show no evidence of having arrived via tracking numbers. I looked around and it seems they may be caught up in customs at Heathrow. Is there a way I can access a site where I can find out if this is the case? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

No, as far as we know there are no direct contact numbers for Customs. Though others have claimed success in the past no one has ever posted any contact phone numbers.
However, Customs also have a backlog and your missing items may have just been in an unlucky batch that Customs decided to run more checks on. It may just be a case of being patient.
