Hi, I know you are all working very hard to keep up with the demand and more so in the current climate, but are you able to indicate the length of delays we should expect for parcels passing through South West DC
Mine is a 48hr tracked item checked in on Sunday 13th

My item is now in local mail centre so I guess that indicates about 1 day over the 2-3 day aim
