Hi,
I ordered an item online on Wednesday. Retailer dispatched item the same day, estimated for delivery today (14/12). The tracking updated on Friday at 1am to state that the parcel was received at Atherstone Peak DC and has never updated since.
Does anyone have any idea of when this should arrive? I’m not sure if Tracked48 should update regularly and therefore if this an indication of a lost/delayed parcel. I’m in NI so I’d assume the tracking should update once it arrives in Northern Ireland?

Probably caught up in a backlog. AFAIK there's artic capacity issues everywhere (and I don't think that's limited to RM having capacity issues)
