Any advice please - I am just not getting any daily post delivery - just one batch of letters in five weeks
I have checked that the post code is properly registered with Royal Mail etc and that the concierge does not know why
It’s a mystery...

If you're getting letters that means your address is active, you would be best directing your query to the local sorting office to ask them about the reason why.
