A friend posted a parcel with no sender details & nothing inside to indicate a return address.
The help line I was given at the Depot cost me £3 and after an hour waiting, I hung up. The interwebs tell me that the sender needs to somehow contact the NRC- is there any other way to do this apart from the customer service team numbers?
Any help would be really appreciated, thanks.
