Hi,
We are a business whose parcels I think end up going to the Jubilee MC (we get a daily pickup from GU8). So far this week (since Monday, today in Friday) - nearly all T48 and T24 we have sent have a status of "This item is on its way to Royal Mail." and nothing has been scanned in.
Is there some big backlog or other issue at the MC that is causing this?

Also experiencing SIGNIFICANT delays with RM Tracked 24 post passing through Jubilee MC. Multiple packages stuck there for 2 weeks now with no updates. Can't imagine the chaos there right now.

4 days after my T24 package was collected, it's finally scanned by Jubilee MC. Two more days, it's still stuck there, no progress. Disgusting!
