Hi
I am sorry to be posting here but I am getting no where with Royal Customer Service so hoping for some useful tips that might help me locate a missing package. It's an incredibly important package as people's jobs depend upon the documents reaching their destination. We are not able to resend as the recipient will only accept the original documents. They have given us until 26 October to find the original package (a very very large envelope).
A couple of very helpful Post Office and Royal Mail workers in my local area have assisted with the hunt so far and I know that the documents have left the local depot and were in transit to HWDC. Then the trail goes cold. Does anyone have any ideas about what might have happened or what I can do? The package was internationally tracked but the system is showing less info than I have posted here.
