Dispatched a parcel via Express48 around a day and a half ago but when doing a status update I only get "We don't recognise that reference number" response.
The barcode number on the receipt is FWB00765318GB

Make sure you have the correct tracking number from your receipt.

If it a Parcelforce code you need to look on their site.
