Can anyone help please?
I am expecting a Parcel from the US, it was shipped via USPS on 24/7/2020.
I’ve had various Tracking updates, however on 30/7/2020 my Parcel arrived in London Heathrow, but on 2/8/2020 the last Tracking update states it’s “In Transit” from JFK INTERNATIONAL.......nothing since!
The Sender has raised an issue with USPS, that can take up to 30 days :(
USPS finally tell me it’s in Customs at JFK, but to be quite honest I don’t believe them! They initially insisted it was on its way to the UK, so couldn’t help me. It’s definitely not in the UK Mail system yet.
I’m really at a loss and don’t know what else to do!

I expect that your item is in UK customs. The rest is just a fault with USPS's tracking system, as reported by other users of this site, e.g. https://www.royalmailchat.co.uk/communi ... 4b90eb8a49" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

I guessed USPS told me untruths that my parcel was in Customs at JFK INTERNATIONAL!
I guess it’s just a waiting game now to see if my Parcel will arrive......hopefully sometime soon......very soon!
There’s no way of contacting Customs (for Parcels) here? (Worth a try in asking).

There is no way of contacting them, as far as we know. Occasionally someone on here will claim to have spoken to them, then I will ask for them to post the number they used, but nobody ever does.

It’s in Customs Parcelforce, Coventry.....awaiting clearance/taxes/duty etc!!
I was seriously beginning to give up any hope and thought my Parcel was lost.
Thank you for your help and for this forum, which allowed me to see others having similar issues.
