That is the last message I have received on the item and when calling the "helpline" I just am told exactly the same thing and no further information available, is it normal for it to take 3 days for any type of update once it hits UK?


Any ideas ?

Normal times: No.

But with covid19 closing offices even this week and the sheer volume of packets at the moment it's not unheard of.
