I send a signed for letter from UK to Germany on 5/6/2020. Unfortunately it could not be delivered to its destination address by GLS-Germany (Subsidary of Royal Mail, which handles distribution and delivery of Royal Mail Post in Germany). On 29/6/2020 I spoke to GLS-Germany and it was agreed they send the letter back to my UK address.
According to GLS-Germany the letter was send back to UK on 29/7/2020 and scanned at 1/7/2020 at 11:38 by GBRM02 in UK.
Where and what is GBRM02 ? Does anybody know GBRM02 and when can I expect delivery at my UK address after the letter is now "stored / frozen" since 14 days at GBRM02 in UK.

I've never heard of any office called GBRM02. What's the tracking number?
