Royal Mail Special Delivery - Didn't Arrive

Hi. I posted a parcel via Royal Mail Special Delivery on Monday Morning (29th 8:59am) £29.60 - 10kg with 2k insurance value. Ref - VE849923679GB

After this, further scans on the 29th June 2020

9:11am - Sender preparing item

5:30pm - Item received at Tyneside MC

6:32pm - Item Despatched to Chelmsford MC, Tyneside MC

After this, no updates at all on the 30th and missing the 1pm guarantee and now passing the revised 9pm deadline. Still no updates.

Any help trying to locate this parcel would be really appreciated given it's value. And of course the person receiving it is more than a little concerned.

Leeds Mail Centre A small amount of mail posted on Monday in the BD, HD, HG, HX, LS, WF and YO postcode areas, due for delivery today in other parts of the UK.
Tyneside Mail Centre
A small amount of mail posted on Monday in the DH, DL, NE, SR and TS postcode areas, due for delivery today in other parts of the UK.

Thanks for this... a bit reassuring! I don't mind a delay just when there was no update on the ref and the value started a little panic!
