Hi - much appreciate any help on how to retrieve my parcel.
Tracking no. RN259186345GB
I sent parcel International Track and Sign to Slovakia. No customs form necessary.
It got to Bratislava, Slovakia but then came up on tracking as - Incorrectly addressed/Return to sender. BUT then 2 weeks later - Attempted Delivery/No Answer.
Anyway - its now back in the UK - BUT tracking says - Delivered / Item was delivered to your PO Box
I dont have a PO box. My home address was return address on parcel.
Done a bit of research - this might mean it needs a customs payment - not sure why. I should receive a card to tell me what to do next - I haven't received a card
ANY idea how I track down my parcel?
Any suggestions on what to do?
I've put in a claim - but as its now showing as delivered i guess my claim wont be approved? Thanks in advance.

That's the Royal Mail office where mail that doesn't have a return address gets sent. Best guess is that somewhere along the line the "return to sender sticker" has gotten placed over the return address.Delivered to PO Box by National Return Centre

Or the return address was on a sticker which fell off. Using the sticker is always second best to writing directly on to the packaging. About 2% of the return address stickers attached in the Post Office fall off before they leave the premises, because several common types of packaging don’t take self adhesive labels well.
