Hi,
I have had a package shipped from China to the UK and the package left the International Processing Centre (Heathrow Worldwide DC, United Kingdom) 12 days ago and still no update on tracking. I live in North West England and packages normally take a day or 2 to get to me from London. Are there any known delays and is it normal for delays like this currently? My Tracking Number is LZ077039325CN. Can anyone Clarify whether this is normal or not.

What I have managed to understand is that it's in customs still. I have one "leave Heathrow" May 30th and it still isn't here.
