Special Delivery - Is the customer trying it on?
Hi, I have a parcel that was sent special delivery that the customer is saying they didn't receive. According to the tracking, it has been delivered with a signature and the GPS shows their address as the location! How accurate is the GPS?

I would say from the information you have given that they are, or that someone else in their household accepted on their behalf.
The GPS is accurate down to a few houses/addresses. But it can't separate multi occupancy addresses so depending on the style of accommodation its possible, though not probable it may have been a misdelivery.
Ask the received to check around, and explain that GPS indicates it was delivered correctly.
They may also be trying the I didn't sign for it so I am claiming scam, but the postie endorses it XP1 or CV19 on handover because of the pandemic, this isn't unheard of.
