Im not sure, whether I am posting this in the right section.
But, I am just wondering if someone knows what to do when a parcel seems to be stuck at Manchester MC?
All my tracking details will give me this message:
"We have your item at Manchester MC. We expect to deliver your item today"
I was expecting a parcel with special next day guarantee by 1PM on Friday 12th June, but it never arrived and seem to be stuck at the MC in Manchester? I know, that they are busy at whatnot in these times. But I have been ordering all sorts with the same delivery method during Corona and never come across something like this, until now of course xD
Is there a possibility my parcel changed it's mind and decided to do a 180 and fall off the convoy belt?
