Hello,
I sent three international tracked and signed packages from the UK (via Langley HWDC) to Auckland, New Zealand. Two of them have arrived and went via New Zealand post but the third went via Russia post and has been in Sharapovo since 23 May. I don't know why it went via Russia and whether I should be worried.
Thank you

Accidents do happen, unfortunately. It should get sent on to NZ eventually, although you might find that the tracking stops working because it isn’t designed for this circumstance.

I am in quite a similar situation. My parcel ended up in Auckland, New Zealand instead of Germany where I am expecting it... It has lost tracking since 28th May but hopefully it's on its way here...
