Item not moved for 4 weeks!! CROYDON
Also 5 of us ordered the same product from the same person. It was posted on the same day accepted at the same post office same time. 4 out of 5 tracking say it's in Croydon 1 tracking say it was signed and delivered IN CROYDON that person live in Scotland wtf royal mail? Does anybody have any idea what's going on?

That's not tracked that's Special Delivery and it should have been delivered by now.
Do I know whats going on. No, but I do know that its failed and the sender can make a claim to get the cost of sending back, and more if they got the right cover.
You can also ring Royal Mail and complain about yours, be polite but firm they should at least start an invesigation or email the Mail Centre.
