Implications on mail after the UK's exit from the EU

Hello

I posted two returns yesterday via the local post office, both were "Tracked 48 Returns" - but both parcels seem to be stuck on the message "Accepted at the post office" - Both parcels were posted at the same time and both are stuck on the same message, I rang the PO and they confirmed that all parcels were collected yesterday and as far as they could tell the ones i left was not there (its a small post office within a Co-op) - Does anyone have idea on this? I never had had something go missing with Royal Mail before and usually, even with Covid- anything that is Tracked 24 or 48 update quickly and arrive at their destination within a couple of working days.
