Two identical Track & sign for parcels were sent to me from Slovenia on the same day, one of these arrived after 7 days, the second( which Slovenia have provided me with dispatch notice to GBLALA) has no further tracking beyond leaving Slovenia 14 days ago, tracking number RA544896514SI, my girlfriend teaches in Slovenia and also contacted their post service who have said they have no dispatch issues and this was dispatched to the UK at 18.00 on the 15-05-2020
Is there anything further I can do to find out more?, I have attached the dispatch slip from Slovenia post for this item

No tracking details after leaving Slovenia
Thank you for taking the time to reply, I understand there are back log issues but the worrying part in the item hasn't been scanned as received by HWDC as is usually the case, I have had cases of delays at customs before but their has always scanned and seen as being there as opposed to this item that shows no scanning details beyond Slovenia.
