Hi. Due to the pandemic, a seller (based outside the EU) I have purchased a few items from has sent my parcels via FedEx as a complimentary service (an upgrade from whatever else they used before apparently). I stress that this was entirely the seller's decision. Maybe to get the shipment to the customer quicker for a better review? All I care about is free delivery.
Anyway, I have heard bad experiences about FedEx and its questionable advancement fees. Has anyone been charged with the £12 advancement fee recently?
