Hi,my item changed to this one after been handed to RM since then I've had various messages the status has gone from " item dispatched to royal mail on way to Rdc, to sender preparing item" whereas I got a notification from parcel monitor this morning saying" at sorting centre"
This item left original country on the 10th and changed to this tracker same day on last mile=>royal mail on the 11th.
Since it's now the 16th and I got the sorting centre message tday at 2am,does this mean the item is def in the uk but going through customs because the royal mail tracker is confusing saying " on way to RDC" the later "sender preparing item" ...just dnt get it lol..boxing my head..please advise

Some companies send large mixed consignments to the UK, take the whole thing to a warehouse over here, then split them up and send them on via Royal Mail. I would suggest that this is how the seller is handling your order, given that it hasn't entered the mail system yet. As such, we won't be able to tell if it has cleared customs etc, you would have to ask the seller.

Thank you for your answer I appreciate it, it answers my question for the most part that at least it's at the in between points of landing and customs/rm.
