Package stuck at Heathrow MC

Personal, time-sensitive package stuck in Heathrow MC for over a week now. Is there a reason for this? If the package arrives much later it will be useless. Naturally disappointed.

Firstly there is a pandemic on so just be grateful there is even the ability to send mail. 2nd you're in the wrong channel go to "Customers". Air freight capacity is massively down due to no flights so sending international parcels is massively delayed. Give it 3 to 4 weeks

My guess is it’s delayed while it’s processed for import or tax duty also
