Hi,
Just want to find out if anyone is experiencing same issue.
I have a few mails sent out on 9th and 18th March via International Tracked/International Tracked & Signed, from London to Seoul, South Korea.
Despite sending on same day and time (18th March), some of the parcels are reflected differently as 'Your item is due to leave London Central MC to go to Heathrow Worldwide DC; We have received your item at LANGLEY HWDC, our international processing centre; Your item is due to leave London Central MC to go to Royal Mail site'.
From the website, I was aware that 18th March was the suspension date of delivery outbound to South Korea.
But unsure what has happened to the mail for 9th March?
The mail shipment was supposedly to have resumed on 6th April, should I be hopeful my mails are still with Royal Mail/HWDC?
Anyone here, also have outbound mails/parcels due for South Korea and still stucked with these updates?
Thanks!
