Maybe stolen package

Hi i don't know if there i should post but I'll try
So i ordered from china by AliExpress a phone it comes to UK arrived a delivery office Aldershot Monday last week all good until there then i got an info at my tracking page where it said i had to pay a fee of 13 £ no problem until here i paid and choose the delivery date for TUESDAY and i waited my package but surprise it didn't arrive... Next day i was to the post office and i asked about it and the guy over there told me he didn't get the email from customer service like and he can't know if i paid and he can't release it .. no problem.. I called at customer service and guess what they recieved the payment but i miss info at my address and they don't know if can release it or have to send it back they gave me a reference number for situation and let me wait 3 days.. i said ok the information missing was the number of the property i had the name of it the postcode flat street name etc. Just the number of the house anyway i said i wait... Saturday i was at post office again to see if are any updates and that shocked me the guy over there said: the package was delivered yesterday they recieved the email and deliver the package but the package "was the size of a letter and they let at my mail box" in that moment i freeze i tried to explain it was a phone and that need a verification of me and they said i will speak with the delivery guy and we'll call you... After that i called at customer service again they didn't believe that and said that's impossible the package have 1000grams it couldn't be a mail or something like that and the procedure was to verify me ..today in the morning i was to delivery office again and another guy tell me... Due to covid the guy can let the package If the door is open (because is a house with flats) without verify me. Whaaat... Now meanwhile I've tried to contact AliExpress and i opened a dispute with this result they won't give me money back because on the tracking is at my delivery office and they cosider i have just to go and pick it up... After that i called again at customer service and they told me i have to wait 5 days because was an incorrect procedure by the delivery office and they will send me an email like a proof like i didn't received my item but my dispute is running out help me what i can do P.S. sorry for my bad English
