The above number is a tracking number for a parcel ordered on 5 December and being delivered by China Post. Apparently this parcel was delivered yesterday but all that arrived was a headscarf and not the television and vacuum cleaner that were paid for. Are the items likely to still be at Heathrow ?

Might be worth asking the seller how many parcels there are and that the tracking number is correct, I'd be surprised if the TV and vacuum cleaner were to be in the same parcel given their size. If the vacuum cleaner is battery powered then that could potentially cause problems (regs regarding lithium batteries).
I would expect that it'd get a customs charge (especially if both are packed in the same parcel)

Tracking numbers are usually unique so that you would have received the correct parcel.
