Hey, i dont suppose anyone could help me out? Got a secret Santa present sent on the 17th december but still hasnt landed, thinking to be fair its probably gotten lost now within the christmas mayhem just with how long its been! Tracking number GQ801801027GB thanks in advance

It might show eventually, you can also go check at your delivery office if it`s a surcharge fee to pay, you would have got a grey surcharge card if that`s the case.

If it's a secret Santa gift there is a chance that the sender did not use anything else other than wrapping paper and if so it might have got damaged on its way through the system.
My advice is for the sender or you to call Customer Care and describe the parcel, there is a chance if it's been damaged that it has been sent to the returns letters branch. They're the ones who attempt to marry items to recipients in these and similar circumstances. Good luck,
