I’m worried I’ll get negative feedback on eBay
I sold a Star Wars figure and posted it with tracking
Now told it’s at National returns centre I didn’t think to mark my address as it is tracked !
Ref is WM123937447GB
What happens now ?

Without a return address it will remain there for a limited time then disposed of. Contact customers service and they should get it back to you.

Given the tracking number you posted it looks like the item was delivered on 21 Sep.
The return to NRC and the exceeded retention period appear to be misscans as it only entered the systema few days earlier. The retention period is 18 days, and only after an attempted delivery scan.
