Can you collect keepsafe mail from the depot?

I need to access time sensitive documents for my employer which are held by keepsafe I setup. Keepsafe doesn't run out for another 10 days and I need the documents within 2 days otherwise I can't start employment. If I bring passports etc would the depot give me the mail?

Mail cannot be collected from a delivery office
whilst the Royal Mail Keepsafe® service is being
provided.
But sweet words and politeness if you ask at the caller's office, may circumvent the restriction. :wink:

If you do try takes a photo ID and some form of proof of address with your name on it.
