In 05.05.19 I ordered something from another country I saw this parcel came to England ( LANGLEY HWDC ) at 11.05.19 but I still haven`t gotten my package. Why?? I think 21 days it`s too much for wait.

If it is only a book, and nothing else, then that shouldn’t cause a problem. You should attempt to claim your money back from the seller.
