Advice needed for residents living in flats

Post by upsidedownwonderer »

Hi all,

This is my first post :)

I live in a flat in the city centre. Several months ago, I found out that our concierge had completely stopped taking parcels from RM, although they still accept parcels from other companies such as DPD, Yodel etc.

With the concierge being tight-lipped (and quite frankly unhelpful) about the underlying reasons, is anyone here facing the same issue or have any insights as to why this might be happening?

Is the concierge employed by a company, if so, try asking them for the reasons. Also try contacting the Royal Mail Delivery Office that covers your flats, they might know the reason. How many flats are there, only possible reason that I can think of might be the number of parcels from Royal Mail every day
