No information with valid international tracking number!!!

Hello! How I can track my parcel? I have international track number, RI490531836UA
Parcel left Ukraine 19th December 2018. It can track it on UkrPoshta (Ukrainian Post) web-site: https://a.ukrposhta.ua/vidslidkuvati-fo ... 90531836UA" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

But when I track on RoyalMail: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
by this tracking number, every time I just get:

Tracking information is not available for this service

Today I have contact with UkrPoshta, and they send me screenshot with tracking info. Could you help me? Thanks!

I don't understand the tracking output you posted, but using the tracking number and a different website (https://www.track-trace.com/post" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;) I get this as the last entry:

Item has been processed outward office of exchange and already in transit to destination country

Which means that it has gone onto the plane. Most mail services do not track mail off the plane so your item is *probably* waiting for UK customs clearance. Royal Mail's tracking will not start until after the item has left customs.

Your item has been in customs for approximately 3 weeks, if you exclude public holidays, which is a bit of a long time but not totally unusual. It is possible that there is a problem with the contents. What did you send?

Looking at the second part of the screenshot posted in the first post I think it's been returned to the Ukraine and has never been released to Royal Mail. My best guess is that customs have refused it entry into the UK for some reason

Parcel left Bulgaria on 26th January.
But Royal Mail says:
Tracking information is not available for this service

It is probably stuck in UK customs. Two ways you can help us to help you:

Give us a translation of the most recent entry on the tracking;

Tell us what is inside the package.

A t-shirt shouldn’t cause a problem, as long as there was nothing else in there.

The tracking looks odd, I hope a Royal Mail colleague can comment on it?

Royal Mail tracking says that this service cannot be tracked - so its either stuck in customs or another courier is due to deliver it.

However, as a delivery postie I have only ever had a few Bulgarian items and as far as I can remember none of them could be scanned by the Royal Mail system.
